• Thank you for visiting Z Book Club, and welcome. Before you use Z Book Club, you should read this document, our Privacy Policy, and our Group Guidelines. Any use of Z Book Club services ("the Service") constitutes acceptance of the aforementioned documents and the terms below, including any future changes.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your password security and the actions of anyone using your account.
• While parts of the Service are provided free of charge, you might need to pay to access the internet, and you are solely responsible for these costs.
• The Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Since the community benefits from efforts to enhance the Service's validity and reliability, you agree not to intentionally distort results by any means, including but not limited to deleting browser cookies, changing IP addresses, or creating multiple accounts.
• You agree to follow laws and rules applicable to your local community concerning online conduct. You further acknowledge that due to the global nature of the internet and our network architecture, some activity that may seem to be local or intrastate in nature may create network activity that traverses state and national borders.
• By contributing content, you grant Z Book Club a non-exclusive and unlimited license for use of the material submitted to promote and market Z Book Club's services to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• You understand and agree not to post content that is protected by third party copyright, and you further acknowledge and agree that repeated copyright infringement will result in account closure.
• You acknowledge that some content contributed by users may be adult or mature in nature. Z Book Club is not responsible for user-contributed material, and may not respond to complaints concerning material that you find objectionable, offensive, inappropriate, lewd or otherwise in poor taste. If you believe user-contributed material constitutes a criminal act, email report -at- ZBookClub.com and contact the appropriate law enforcement agency.
• Your use of the Service is not unlimited. Z Book Club may terminate your account, create or alter access controls, or any other changes to the Service with or without notifying you at any time.
• Z Book Club may provide links to third-party websites, including advertisers' websites. Z Book Club is not responsible for and does not warrant the services of those third parties.
• Advertisement, promotional placement, hyperlinks for the purpose of generating traffic and/or revenue to advertisements or external sites within content contributed to the ZBookClub community is strictly prohibited except for the features provided by Z Book Club for Amazon Affiliates partner program.
• Z Book Club guarantees no specific returns from your participation within the Amazon Associates Program in participation with ZBookClub.com. Any gains or losses from your participation in Amazon's Affiliate Marketing Programs are dependent on your ability to market your book clubs on ZBookClub.com.
• Any marketing activity performed in promoting book clubs affiliated with your account on ZBookClub.com must be done so without harassment, spamming, violating state or federal law, or any other activity that is deemed inappropriate, as decided by Z Book Club at its sole discretion. Inappropriate marketing activity will result in the termination of your ZBookClub.com account without prior notice or warning.
• You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, exploit, create a derivative work of the Service, or otherwise infringe upon our intellectual property rights, except as expressly defined in this or future agreements.
• Notifying Z Book Club of Alleged Copyright Infringement
• To notify Z Book Club of alleged copyright infringement, you must provide the following:
• a sworn statement that you are the owner of the copyright in question and all information you provide is true
• specific URLs or other specific evidence that you are the copyright holder
• specific URLs of the allegedly infringing material
• your complete contact information including phone number and email address
• The items above must be sent to copyright -at- ZBookClub.com.
• Z Book Club will use its best efforts to maintain, but does not guarantee, the privacy of email, network use, and profile data. Z Book Club will not intentionally disclose any user-specific information except as described in the Z Book Club Privacy Policy (http://ZBookClub.com/privacy).
• PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT SOME OF THE CONTENT THAT WE MAKE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THIS APPLICATION COMES FROM AMAZON WEB SERVICES. ALL SUCH CONTENT IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS." THIS CONTENT AND YOUR USE OF IT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND/OR REMOVAL AT ANY TIME.
• Use of the Service is at your sole risk. Z Book Club does not review or evaluate messages, and Z Book Club has no obligation to review content created by third parties except as expressly stated. Z Book Club does not warrant either the messages posted to be obtained from the Service or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and with no implied warranty of merchantability and no implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Z Book Club nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Service shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service, the inability to use the Service, or any breach of any warranty. Z Book Club shall not be liable or responsible for any damage suffered by you for damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, delays, nondeliveries, mis-deliveries, service interruptions, negligence of Z Book Club or the negligence of Z Book Club's partners, vendors, employees or contractors. Neither shall Z Book Club be liable or responsible for your negligence, actions, errors, or omissions. The provisions of this paragraph will survive termination of this agreement.
• You will indemnify and hold harmless Z Book Club against any loss, damage, cost and expense which Z Book Club may incur or become liable for by reason of claims or actions for libel, violation of privacy rights, plagiarism, copyright infringement, and claims arising in connection with data transmitted pursuant to the terms and provisions of this agreement and any claims or suits resulting from your use of the Service including, without limitation, the expense and cost of defending any and all such claims and actions. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive termination of this agreement.
• Z Book Club may terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, at Z Book Club's sole discretion. Z Book Club will not be liable for any damages or harm resulting from such termination.
• Our failure to enforce any of the terms of this agreement does not constitute waiver of any terms.
• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ile-de-France, France. Should any term be declared invalid by a court with jurisdiction, then the invalid term shall be severable and the remainder of this agreement shall remain in force. This agreement contains the full understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any communication or correspondence with you which is in any way inconsistent with, or which adds to, the provisions of this agreement is null and void.
• This agreement is subject to change. A current copy will always be located at: http://ZBookClub.com/terms.
• Your continued usage of the Service after such a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
